My Why.

GETTING TO THE ROOTS wasn't created overnight.
It was lived.

For much of my life, I believed success would come through achievement alone. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, spent over a decade in corporate leadership, and achieved many of the milestones I once believed would bring fulfillment.

Yet something still felt missing.

That realization became the beginning of a much deeper journey. Over the course of fourteen years, I transformed every area of my life, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and professionally, including losing over 200 pounds while rediscovering the person I had slowly drifted away from.

Eventually, I stepped away from certainty in search of something more meaningful.

Sometimes clarity arrives when we least expect it. During a conversation with an Uber passenger, someone I had never met before, they looked at me and said, "You should be a life coach."

What they recognized was something I had quietly carried for years: a genuine passion for helping people think differently, see themselves more clearly, and create meaningful change. That moment confirmed what life had been preparing me for all along.

Today, I combine my background in leadership, business, executive coaching, psychology, emotional intelligence, and personal transformation to help others uncover the patterns that keep them stuck, not by treating the symptoms, but by getting to the roots.

Because lasting change doesn't begin on the surface.
It begins beneath it!
